2016 Form W-2 & Most Form 1099

Form W-2 and most Form 1099 are due to be issued to the recipient by January 31. This requirement is considered to have been met if paper forms are properly addressed and mailed on or before the due date, which means you may only receive some of these forms around mid-February. You may, however, be able to download a copy from the issuer’s website.
